After being processed by Stream, is there a way have those source log files either be moved, renamed or deleted?

    If you used the File collector you could enable the Destructive option to delete them. FM will expect the application owning the file to properly maintain it since its actively being written to (and thus needs monitored in real-time). File Collector assumes the files are not currently being written to and therefore can be deleted if you so choose.
